About the role

This role is critical in providing high-quality administrative support to the cohort of Development Directors, enabling efficient day-to-day operations, coordination of meetings and travel, and support for project delivery. The role also contributes to broader team cohesion and operational excellence across the Development Division. 

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Diary Management and meeting coordination for the Development Directors
  • Coordinating leave, absences, and travel plans
  • Attending and minuting meetings, tracking actions, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting recruitment processes in Development with administration of requisition requests, coordinating interview bookings and onboarding to support new starters 
  • Ensuring compliance with Landcom policies and procedures
  • Supporting the Division with administrative systems and practices

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Team Assistant role  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach and demonstrated experience in Microsoft suite products (including excel, word and PowerPoint). 
  • Proficiency with calendar and booking systems 
  • Excellent at building relationships and finding common ground, with a track record of working closely with others, navigating different perspectives, and getting things done in busy, ever-changing environments. 
  • Prioritisation, time management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of the team. 
  • High level of discretion and professionalism 
  • Cert III or equivalent in Business Administration
