Job Description


About the opportunity:

In this role you will primarily be working alongside Development Directors and other Development staff to implement, embed and maintain standardised reporting across our project portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Project Management Office, you will be preparing, implementing and maintaining a range of project management processes, guidelines and tools to ensure that our Projects meet their required goals in the most efficient and effective way.   

What a day for you could look like:  

  • Prepare and implement a project management framework consisting of guidelines, tools and templates for effective and efficient management of Landcom projects in collaboration with Development staff 
  • Manage any induction and training for agreed project management methodologies and processes, to ensure successful adoption and ongoing use  
  • Provide strategic oversight of project management practises and monitor interdependences across projects including financial budgets against agreed milestones 
  • Innovate and recommend enhancements that support strong, consistent management and governance practises for all projects, and clear, accurate reporting metrics  
  • Review existing data collection and reporting processes and propose improvements 
  • Partner with senior executives, Development teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent application of PMO processes. 

 

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:  

  • Accredited tertiary property related qualifications in Project Management, Project development or similar.  
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering project management guidelines, advice and processes.   
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience working with a wide range of stakeholders in a respectful manner  
  • A team player able to adapt to lead initiatives and support others to achieve the overall strategy.  
  • Candidates with 6-8+ years experience in the property sector in project management will be highly regarded.
